My career has included 34+ years of management. Previously, I managed the production, quality, processes and employees of an Engineering Department. Today, as the Regional Manager for the Concord office, my focus is to empower my associates to grow their business through knowledge, training, technology, coaching and business planning. I perceive that maintaining a motivational work environment is an essential ingredient in the recipe for growth and success in Real Estate sales.
I have served as a Director on the Concord Board of Realtors. I also served as Chairperson for the Public Relations Committee on the board. I was also CRBR's REALTOR of the Year for 2013. I am a Notary Public.
